Absolutely not. Follower Watch works by reading publicly available information from Instagram profile pages while you're already logged in. We never ask for or access your credentials.
We recommend refreshing once a day or a few times a week. Each snapshot compares against the previous one, so more frequent snapshots give you finer-grained change detection on the accounts you're monitoring.
