Delete your account and data

A faster option when you can sign in

You can permanently delete your account immediately from the account controls in the Follower Watch website or mobile app. The form above is for people who cannot access those controls. For your security, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request submitted through this public form.

What we delete

Deleting your account cancels active recurring Follower Watch billing and removes your Auth0 identity and Follower Watch application records. This includes your account profile, account-linked billing and entitlement records, tracked profiles, server-side snapshots, follower-alert settings and targets, linked support tickets, and linked email-event records.

This does not delete or change your Instagram account. Follower Watch does not ask for or store your Instagram password.

What may be kept

Stripe or accounting providers may retain payment and transaction records for the periods required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other applicable laws. Follower Watch normally retains only a one-way hash of your Auth0 account identifier for 31 days after deletion so that an already-issued access token cannot recreate the account. It may be kept longer only if needed to match the lifetime of an already-issued token.

We may retain correspondence about the deletion request only as long as reasonably needed to process the request, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Data stored on your device

Online account deletion cannot erase profiles, snapshots or preferences stored locally on your device. Delete tracked profiles or clear the data in the app or browser extension, or uninstall it, to remove that local data.
